I am grateful to have been an active-duty military spouse for almost 20 years. This, along with my professional experiences as a social worker at an alternative high school as well as United Cerebral Palsy and being an Adjunct Professor of Psychology for several distance learning programs (15+ years), has given me the chance to meet, work, and learn with people from all over the world, each with unique backgrounds and stories.

It is my belief that every human deserves to feel safe, cared for, understood and respected. It would be an honor to collaborate with you in doing my part in helping to make that happen.

Virtual counseling can be the perfect platform for us to become a team and work on your goals in a convenient, safe space. We have the very real advantage of being able to meet up from day one in a place of ease, comfort and hope.

So if you are residing in either Connecticut or Florida, I truly look forward to "meeting" you!
