About

I am grateful to have been an active-duty military spouse for almost 20 years. This, along with my professional experiences as a social worker at an alternative high school as well as United Cerebral Palsy and being an Adjunct Professor of Psychology for several distance learning programs (18+ years), has given me the chance to meet, work, and learn with people from all over the world, each with unique backgrounds and stories.

With empathic yet honest communication, I support adolescents and adults, taking advantage of the Socratic method and person-centered and eclectic therapies in session

Mindful Vision Counseling is a 100% virtual LGBTQ Friendly group therapy practice made up of licensed military spouse/veteran clinicians stationed around the USA.
