Are you licensed to practice?

Why, yes... we are a group of licensed mental health practitioners (some who happen to be military spouses and veterans) offering virtual services in the US. Please note not all clinicians are licensed in all states. Currently we offer services for AZ, CT, FL, MT, NV, TX and the United Kingdom.

01

How can I be sure you'll "get me"?

Totally legitimate question.

We meet up, we chat, we see how things go.

If we believe you could be better served working with another therapist, we are happy to refer out!

02

Can I book an intake session?

Sure! Head to the "book online" tab on our homepage and select which therapist you would like to meet with. There you will be able to see availability options. If you have any trouble at all, please reach out to the clinician directly or if you prefer,  our front office.

03

Do you take insurance?

Mindful Vision Counseling accepts certain in-network and out-of-network insurance as well as private pay (HSAs too), and we are happy to provide a "super bill" after each appointment, which can be submitted to your insurance company.

While all may differ in the amount/percentage they reimburse, it is always a good idea to take advantage of this potential benefit.

04

Do you offer couples therapy?

We sure do.

Mindful Vision Counseling clinicians have experience in the Gottman Method as well as traditional and Christian perspectives. We are here to help you find the best fit and heal your relationship.

05

Do you only have video sessions, or can I book and not use my camera?

One of our most important goals is to ensure you are comfortable. If that means that we meet without enabling your device's camera to begin, so be it.

*This of course will be at the discretion of your counselor as there are times when having a visual connection is necessary for appropriate therapeutic intervention.
